Astrofunction
Thanks to the astro function, functions can be switched depending on the sunrise and sunset times. Blocking times prevent functions from being triggered during the night's rest, for example.
-
Presence simulation
The presence simulation simulates the presence of the residents by recording the daily routine of individual Smart Home components and playing it back in the desired time period.
The function can be adjusted or deactivated at any time. Particularly practical when you are on holiday.
-
Everything-off function
The everything-off-function is a preset scene with which the networked devices in all rooms can be switched off at the same time. For example, the lights in the entire house can be switched off at the touch of a button.
-
Window monitoring
By integrating the window detectors into the Smart Home System, the current position of the window handle is transmitted. In this way, it is not only possible to check whether all windows are closed, but functions such as heating control can be automatically switched off when the window is open.
-
Geofencing
With the geofencing function, various defined actions can be activated when leaving or entering a certain area, e.g. 200 metres around the house. For example, the system switches off the light and reduces the heating output to save energy when all residents have left the house. Or regulates the room temperature as soon as one leaves one's workplace in the evening, so that it is pleasantly warm when one arrives at the house.
-
Individual scenes
Presettings and the triggering of actions can be combined in individual scenes so that they can be called up at the touch of a button. For example, a living room can be prepared for a cosy evening of television within seconds - with the right lighting mood, lowered blinds, the ideal room temperature or even the right music.
-
Integration of household appliances
Networked and compatible household appliances such as washing machines, coffee machines or ovens can be integrated into the Smart Home system.
This enables full interaction, such as controlling, receiving status or adding to scenes (e.g. all-off switch). For example, if a Coming Home scene is activated, not only are the lights switched on and the blinds raised, but the espresso machine is also switched on and preheated.
-
Air conditioning & heating
Thanks to the Smart Home System, the optimal room temperature can be controlled individually and according to actual needs. In this way, the temperature control can be adapted to the personal daily routine so that, for example, the bathroom is already preheated in the morning after getting up or not all rooms are heated during the day when you are absent.
-
Panic feature
Thanks to the programmed panic switch, all the lights in the house can be switched on and the blinds raised, for example, at the touch of a button. This can be particularly useful if you want to attract attention at night.
-
Integration of warning detectors
Smoke alarm, CO and heat detectors can be integrated into the Smart Home System to provide more security. In the event of an emergency, the system can automatically switch the lights of the escape routes to full illumination, open blinds for better orientation or, in the event of a CO alarm, ensure that the windows are opened electrically for immediate ventilation. Push messages can also be sent to a defined group of recipients.
-
Sound
Networked with Busch-free@home® , music, films and TV can be experienced throughout the house with the Sonos music, films and TV can be experienced throughout the home - and in the best quality.
-
Door Communication
By integrating door communication into the Smart Home System, both solutions can be used together and functions can be combined. For example, the light can switch on when the doorbell rings so that visitors can be better recognised, or the video camera records images of missed visitors in front of the door for security purposes when they are absent.
-
Weather data integration
With the integration of a weather station into the Smart Home system, functions can be triggered depending on the current weather conditions. In the event of wind and storms, the Smart Home automatically raises the blinds so that they are protected from damage.
-
Remote access
Remote access allows convenient mobile access to your Smart Home system. With remote access, you can control your home while on the move.
