The worlds of the national park in Mittersill combine the unique alpine adventure world around Austria's highest peak (Großglockner, 3,798 m) and a further 266 three-thousand-metre-high peaks, over 342 glaciers and one of the mightiest waterfalls in the world, under the one roof. In eight adventure stations, which lead through the national park like a hike from one natural region to the next, one gets to know and understand the exceptional diversity.
