Functions at a glance

  • The Split Unit Gateway forms the interface between the KNX system and air-conditioning units of many manufacturers, so-called Split Units. the device converts the KNX telegrams into infrared commands and sends them to the Split Unit. The transmission unit of the enclosed cable is glued directly on the receiving unit of the Split Unit. The Split Unit then no longer receives commands from a remote control, but can be operated via any KNX sensors or also via a visualization. The operation of the device is started with the ETS; a free ETS APP is available for selecting the Split Unit model. No auxiliary power supply necessary.
